The way we operate at "yourwordsourmusic.com" is as
follows:-

When you send an e-mail to us with your lyrics, poems etc, the
e-mail is automatically date stamped by the server. This is
important as it is a record that confirms that the said lyrics,
poems etc were in your possession before they were received
by us at "yourwordsourmusic.com". We therefore respect the
fact that we have no claim to the copyright of any poems or
lyrics sent to us by e-mail. We assume that the lyrics or poems
sent to us by e-mail are the original works of the sender, or if
not, then, that the sender has the permission of the original
author.

During the construction of your song it could well be the case
that your lyrics may be changed slightly to fit more with the
music. This is a standard procedure carried out to give the song
a more professional finish. In all cases the lyrics will only be
slightly changed from the original and will still be the property
and the responsibility of the e-mail sender.

When we have produced a song consisting of "your words and
our music" we will send an email to you with s 60 seconds
sample of the song in MP3 format. If you wish to
purchase the full version, then on receipt of your money we
will relinquish any claim to the copyright of the music and will
pass on to you, the customer, the copyright of the song to do
with as you please.
If within 10 days of the sample being uploaded we do not
receive payment from you, then we would assume that you do
not want to make the purchase and we would erase your
lyrics from our records.
